For a gentle, non-intimidating approach to yoga.

All classes need to be booked and pre-paid a week in advance. Although last minute places do become available. To book a place, email me cdpickin@hotmail.com or text on 07979 410225 with which class you’d like to attend, you will be sent payment options if there is a place. All queries should be replied to within 24 hours.

Tues 10-11am – Hatha Yoga – St Anne’s Church Hall, Trinity Rd, Sale Moor. £8 per session. (term time)

Tues 11.15am-12 noon – Gentle Chair Yoga – St Anne’s Church Hall, Trinity Rd, Sale Moor. £6 per session. (term time)

Tues 6-7pm – Hatha Yoga – Sale Moor Methodist Church (Activity Hall, Enter through the red door at the left of the church)  Northenden Rd, Sale. £8 per session.

Wed 7.30-8.30pm – Zoom Hatha Yoga Class. £8 per session. Recording available.

Thurs 8.15-9.15pm –  Hatha Yoga. Sale Moor Methodist Church, (Enter through the front doors) Northenden Rd, Sale (see the How To Find Us page). £8 Per session.

Fri—10am-11.00am. The Avenue Methodist Church,  Wincham Rd, Sale. Room 3 upstairs is our regular room with occasional sessions downstairs in room 1. (see the How To Find Us page).  £8 per session. (term time)

Classes are non-competitive, non-judgemental and completely inclusive with alternative postures to suit most abilities.  Please bring a mat if you have one or reserve one in advance.

60 minute one to one yoga sessions are run in my garden studio in Sale or in your own home for women only. Price – £45. Mondays or Thurs between 9.15 and 2pm, subject to availability.  (Zoom option – £35).
